Luxury Suites now have levels?

At first, I thought my laptop was playing up and doing that weird image messed up thing it sometimes does...until I checked out someone else's suite.
You now must be certain levels to be able to buy:-

Ughhh those crowns just keep getting even more annoying -_- I know it sounds silly, but the image just annoys me, I wish there was a button so we could hide them.
I also think this was just silly...what has Stardoll got to lose from someone of a level lower than 7 buying the suites?! ._.
