Millionaire Mansion? (A mystery feature)

I was sorting out my new LE collection and went to the suite shop to spend even more money than I have today to get a new manikin, when to my surpise I came face to face with this instead.

Now what ever this is going to be is a complete and utter mystery...
There's not even spoilers (to my knowledge) that can even hint us in the right direction.
I have a feeling this may be the third and final update...a new luxury suite.
