Missing Millionaire's Mansion, Returned LE pieces & a strangely named item?

I've kept looking back and forth at the suite shop even since I saw the sign last night...but now, it's no longer there.

I didn't just dream it up did I?
Oh the suspense...was it all just an accident? We'll just have to wait and see.
What ever it is, it's something big.
There's no doubt in my mind that it's not a new Luxury Suite~

Also two items that I didn't realise hadn't been released have finally appeared in the store:-

I meant to make a post about this last night, but I was too tired and I had to go to the doctors this morning about my asthma.
There's new shoes from Windows On The World with a rather peculiar tag, one I have never seen before:-

They now have the name of "black heels"
